My internet connection kept going down and after getting SKY to check out the connection and everything was ok they said it was in the tower and then I knew it was down to you guys to sort it for me as it was under guarantee and I knew and trusted it could be put right by you both. Superb polite manner and impeccable services by both of you and I cannot speak highly enough of both of you as engineers.
