I cannot thank you guys enough for the superb services you gave to me and for putting right my PC. My internet connection kept going down and after getting SKY to check out the connection and everything was ok they said it was in the tower and then I knew it was down to you guys to sort it for me as it was under guarantee and I knew and trusted it could be put right by you both. Superb polite manner and impeccable services by both of you and I cannot speak highly enough of both of you as engineers.
